今回の研究では以下の評価項目を設定し、On the Job Training（OJT）並びにe-learningと実践に即したComputer Based Testing（CBT）による座学を合わせて、薬学部の学生に就労を兼ねて教育を与えることがJCI基準の高度医療機能を持つ病院の薬剤部門業務に影響を及ぼすか、また、薬学教育にはどのような成果を上げることができるかを探索する。
１）主評価項目：薬剤部インシデントの軽減
２）副次評価項目：Quality Indicator（QI）目標の達成割合の向上、学生、臨床薬剤師、大学教員の満足度調査

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究は、薬剤助手、若手薬剤師、薬学生アルバイトに一定の教育を施すことにより、テクニシャン業務の確立と業務の幅の拡大を検討し、タスクシフティング、業務改革を遂行するための教育コンテンツの作成とその実行によるインシデントの予防に関する前向きの観察研究である。
2023年度までに教育コンテンツは80%の作成となっており、同時に被験者のリクルートを進めている。
コロナ感染症の状況等によりコンテンツ（教育ツール）の作成に遅れが生じており、試験実施に至っていない。
