| Outline of Research at the Start |
医療における多職種連携に欠かせない要素の１つ、リーダーシップの機能について解明する。AICLSの実用性を本邦で検証しつつ、医療チームにおけるコラボレーティブ・リーダーの存在とリーダーの機能的評価を職種別・階層別・部門別に計測し、リーダーの最適化要素を見出す。さらにリーダーの機能と医療安全・医療の質向上との関係を考察する。その上で当該基礎的研究結果から抽出された要素を整理分析し、コラボレーティブ・リーダー養成のための、IPE（多職種連携教育）の実践的提案へとつなげる。また本研究は日本のみならず東アジア等、日本と文化的要素を共有する海外地域での国際的実証研究を展開する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we attempted to clarify the structural functions of leadership in interprofessional collaboration from a cognitive behavioral perspective. As a result of the study, we were able to verify that organizational learning, leadership, psychological safety, workplace social capital, etc., all influence each other as functional components of interprofessional collaboration, and found that it is an interdisciplinary issue. In particular, we found that the central component is collaborative leadership.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、いわゆるチーム医療を可視化することで、その本質を分析し、特に多職種連携協働の促進においてはコラボレイティブ・リーダーシップの存在が、理論的にも重要であることを示すことが出来た。多職種連携協働が医療の質向上に影響を及ぼすこと、並びに患者安全のケースを用いて、IPE（Inter-professional Education）を実践することで、医療スタッフのコラボレイティブ・リーダーシップの理解が深まり、チーム医療推進に寄与することができたものと思われる。
