Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、看護の専門性発揮の基盤となるマネジメント能力に焦点を当て、看護学士課程教育におけるマネジメント能力育成モデルを開発することを目的とする。本研究では、マネジメント能力は専門性発揮の基盤であると仮説を立て、研究目標として以下の5点を掲げる。
①看護学士課程におけるマネジメント能力育成に係る教育の実態の明確化
②地域包括ケアの実現を目指した看護の専門性発揮に必要なマネジメント能力の明確化
③マネジメント能力育成の先駆的教育事例における教育成果の明確化
④看護学士課程教育におけるマネジメント能力育成の課題の明確化
⑤看護学士課程教育において必要なマネジメント能力育成モデルの開発
