ANは、思春期の女性に高率に発生し、 有病率は 0.3%から 1%と推定されている。強いやせ願望による厳格な食事制限から極端な低体重に陥り、身体的なリスクを招く。死亡率は 5-7%と非常に高く、 死に至る危険性があり、さもなければ、過食と嘔吐が慢性的に続き、社会生活が極めて困難となる。ANが過食嘔吐を伴う慢性化に移行するのは3年以内と報告されている。したがって、できるだけ早期に治療を導入する必要がある。そこで、AN患者にとって負担の少ない認知機能改善療法(Cognitive Remediation Therapy)が 認知行動療法導入への補助的療法となる可能性を考慮すべきであると考えた。

R5年度もリクルートを行い、３名エントリーし、合計９名となった。
重篤な有害事象なく経過中である。
エントリー者数が思うように得られないため、１年延長し、引き続き対象者を募集する。
