Outline of Research at the Start

「運動器手術後患者の就労支援モデルの開発」を下肢関節疾患、腰椎疾患患者を対象として行うことを目的とした。手術後職場復帰の実態調査と患者身体機能評価、在宅ワークの実態調査および通勤がないことによるメリット・デメリットを調査し、それらの結果を踏まえ医師・看護師・医療ソーシャルワーカー・理学療法士・作業療法士・企業代表取締役・経済学研究者とともに就労支援モデルの開発を行う。
