| Outline of Research at the Start |
近年、母親の育児不安や虐待は重大な課題であり、看護職には妊娠期からの切れ目のない支援が求められる。現在、虐待予防の観点から特定妊婦のスクリーニングによる支援が強化されている。一方で、特定妊婦の判断指標には該当しないが、看護者が何となく気になると感じる気がかりな妊婦の存在が注目され、特定妊婦とあわせて社会的ハイリスク妊婦と言われている。しかし、気がかりな妊婦は判断指標がないため、一律した支援につながっていない現状である。本研究では地域と医療機関の看護職が気がかりな妊婦を確実に把握し、支援につなげることを目指し「看護職が妊娠早期に活用する気がかりな妊婦のアセスメント指標」を開発する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aimed to “develop an assessment index of pregnant women of concern to be utilized by nurses in the early stages of pregnancy” in order to ensure that nurses in the community and medical institutions can identify and support pregnant women of concern. In order to develop the index, the results of interviews with skilled midwives and public health nurses were qualitatively analyzed, and 45 assessment items for pregnant women of concern were extracted together with previous studies. 39 items were validated through expert surveys and pilot studies for the 45 items. Based on these items, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 2,000 midwives and public health nurses nationwide. We are currently advancing our analysis, with the aim of creating an assessment index for pregnant women of concern.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
今日、様々な社会背景の中、妊娠期からの児童虐待防止対策を重点課題とし、妊娠期からの切れ目のない支援が推進されている。地域や医療機関の看護職は気になる妊婦を支援の対象としているが判断指標が不明確である。本研究で気がかりな妊婦のアセスメント指標が開発されれば、看護職は気がかりな妊婦を妊娠早期にスクリーニングでき、妊娠早期から医療機関での出産、さらには地域での育児支援へつなげることができる。
