| Outline of Research at the Start |
分娩介助実習の指導者は、産婦の安全を確保し、学生の学びの状況を判断し戸惑いや混乱が最小限になるよう配慮する必要がある．実習指導助産師は、専門職者かつ教育者であるさらに産婦にとり安全・安心を提供することが必須である．自身の助産師としての能力と教育者、そして何よりも産婦にとり、安全・安心を提供する立場にある．これらの全体像を明らかにし、助産実習指導場面における事故回避のためのプログラムを開発する。これまでに助産実習指導者の学生指導における分娩介助の事故回避に向けた教育プログラムは開発されておらずこれを開発し、検証を通し学生が産婦の安全・安心な分娩を執り行える助産師への成長へと繋ぐことが可能となる。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Results of this study: 1. From the interviews with 17 individuals, it was found that they recognized their appointments and expectations, enjoying guidance methods from experienced individuals, while acknowledging the weight of their responsibilities. In terms of supervision, they recognized that accident avoidance was their own responsibility and made adjustments to ensure that students could practice in a good environment, comprehensively judging student reactions for future improvements. 2. In the results of the survey of 379 individuals, 1) the number of deliveries by instructors was 24.4% for 100 cases and 23.4% for over 300 cases, 2) the incidence among 42 (10.6%) individuals with incident experiences, of which those with more than 10 years of experience (χ2=4.548, p=.033) were included, and 3) the rate of accidents was higher for those with fewer than 150 assistance cases (χ2=5.484, p=.019). 4. There were 272 individuals who expressed anxiety about supervision.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究において開発・検証した医療事故回避教育プログラムモデルは,助産師育成の場である臨床実習の場で起こっている助産事故に注目しているという点並びにその指導助産師の教育能力向上に注目している点で独自性があり学術的に意義があると考える。また、指導者への教育的アプローチにおいて同プログラムを活用することが可能となるケースを示すことで、助産実習指導のFD能力向上と学生・教員・指導者が並行目線で産婦にとり安全・安心な実習へと導くこととなり、専門職者の能力向上に貢献する事さらに優秀な助産師育成に繋がる可能性を生む点において社会的意義がある。
