| Outline of Research at the Start |
研究者らのこれまでの取り組みにより作成した看護モデルおよび活用ガイド案を現任保健師に提示し、現任保健師がモデルとガイド案を使って自身のこれまでの取り組みを説明したり今後の取り組みを検討したりできるか試行して、保健師の意見をもとにガイド案を修正して完成させる。
また、地域の健康課題解決に取り組んだ実績のある訪問看護師等に看護モデルと地域で活動する看護職を想定して修正したガイド案を提示し、それらを用いて訪問看護師等がこれまでの取り組みを説明したり今後の取り組みを検討したりできるか試行して、看護師等の意見をもとに修正し、行政保健師以外の地域で活動する看護職が活用できるモデル、ガイドとして整える。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed a guide for public health nurses to use community health nursing practice model based on person-to-person relationships between nurses and clients. Our nursing practice model are based on practice of public health nurse that focused on solving community health issues in Japan.
We confirmed that our nursing practice model be able to draw a diagram of practice case by nurse working in the community except public health nurse. We need further investigation to develop our nursing practice model into making it possible that nurses working in the community be able to use our nursing practice model for their practice focused on solving community health issues.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
開発した看護モデルは、行政保健師の思考過程、思考内容を看護者対対象者という看護の基本構造を基に説明するものである。地域生活集団を対象として、地域の健康課題解決をめざす保健師の活動は、個人を対象として個人の健康課題解決をめざす看護職の活動と同じ考え方を基盤に説明できることを示した。
さらに、看護モデルを実践現場の保健師が活用するためのガイドを開発したことにより、地域住民に提供される行政保健師の活動をより充実したものにすることに貢献できる。
