| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、外来看護師が、慢性腎臓病（以下CKDとする）患者が行うサインマネジメントを支援するための教育プログラムを開発することである。そのために、まず、CKD患者が必要としているサインマネジメント支援はどのようなものかを明らかにする。次に、外来看護師がどのようなサインマネジメント支援を行っているか、そのために必要な知識や技術についても明らかにする。これらを統合して、外来看護師が行う患者のサインマネジメント支援のための教育プログラムを作成し、実際に展開し、評価し、最終案を作成する。

研究目標１「CKD患者が行うサインマネジメントの特徴と、必要とするサインマネジメント支援を明らかにする」および、研究目標２「CKD外来の看護師の行うサインマネジメント支援の特徴を明らかにする」研究目標３「CKD外来の看護師の行うサインマネジメント支援に必要な知識や技術を明らかにする」にむけて準備中である。

研究課題１と研究課題２、３は年度を変えて実施予定であったが、研究協力依頼施設が同じとなる可能性もあるため、同時期に研究協力を依頼し、調査をすすめていく。
