カフェボランティアが認知症の理解と適切な接し方を共有できるために、その日のカフェの様子を撮影した動画をみながらミーティングを行う教育プログラム（以下「動画ミーティング」）を作成する。「動画ミーティング」を実施し、カフェスタッフへの聞き取り調査を通して実用性を検討する。複数のカフェで修正版「動画ミーティング」を実施、カフェスタッフ自己評価表（Takechi et al，2020）を用いて有効性を検証する。
