| Outline of Research at the Start |
精神、知的、発達障がいのある生活困窮者が活用できるギャンブル（パチンコ含）アディクション・ワークブックを作成する。ワークブックの効果は、パイロットスタディとして集団と個別で継続してもらいながら効果を検証する。併せて当事者、生活困窮者支援団体の支援者、保健福祉の専門職を対象に質問紙調査を行い、適宜修正する。
ワークブックを活用しながらパイロットスタディーを継続し、集団や個別の支援、自宅や施設などさまざまな場で活用できる運用マニュアルを作成する。開発したワークブックや運用マニュアルがさまざまな場で活用できる配信方法を検討する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
An easy-to-understand workbook was developed. Based on “easy-to-understand,” “difficulty in living,” and “health literacy,” basic knowledge on (1) nicotine, (2) alcohol, (3) gambling (including pachinko), and (4) smartphone/internet addiction was created for each. The shared part focused on “difficulty in living” with contents that can be visualized and understood based on cognitive-behavioral therapy. A checklist was introduced to enable participants to objectively view their own situations, and to enable them to record up to five times continuously and repeatedly, and to focus on changes in the situation. We will continue this project and prepare an environment where the system can be utilized by the end of FY2025.
Reporting of practices, workshops for professionals, and educational activities on addiction for the public were held.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
生まれながらにしてアディクションの人はいない、成育歴、生活環境、家族関係、友人関係、職場の人間関係や職場環境などにより、アディクション、クロス・アディクションに陥っていくことが多い。特に、生活困窮者やホームレス経験者で知的障害、発達障害などがあるある。
わかりやすいハンドブックは、アディクションであるが故に日常生活の中で克服する難しさがあることの理解、支援者とワークブックに取り組みながら手立てを考えるツールとして有効であると考える。
