| Outline of Research at the Start |
子どもの歯科口腔保健を含む健康意識は、親の価値観に大きく左右されるため、健康に関するリテラシーには大きな格差があると予測される。学校では、家庭環境の違いに関わらず平等に健康リテラシーを成長させることができる。本研究は、久山型「一般行政・教育行政の課題共有型歯科口腔保健システム」をモデルに、学校歯科口腔保健についての課題を行政保健師が地域保健課題としてとらえて実施し、１２歳児の齲歯数、地域の健康への感心（歯周病疾患検診受診率）、養護教諭との関係、保健師の学校保健課題と地域課題の捉え方を実施前後の評価から、久山型「一般行政・教育行政の課題共有型歯科口腔保健システム」を検証し指針を作成する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted group interviews with public health nurses and dietitians in towns where a dental and oral health system has already been implemented but has not produced results. The results showed that the relationship with the school nurse was affecting the system. There was no initial meeting between community health and school health. In constructing the Hisayama Town-style "general administration and educational administration issue-sharing dental and oral health system," we felt it was necessary to have a mindset that sees community issues and school health issues as the same issue.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
久山町型「一般行政・教育行政の課題共有型歯科口腔保健システム」について検討することで、他の町での実施を阻害する因子を探索することができこの因子でまず保健師の教育において、学校保健の課題は地域課題として捉え、学校保健担当である養護教諭と常に意見交換を行い互いの現場の課題を共有することが必要であることが明らかになった。さらに、改めて公衆衛生看護学で保健師過程の初学者に対して、地域に属するあらゆる組織の課題を地域の課題として捉える教育に力を入れる必要が示唆された。
