Outline of Research at the Start

看多機は、長期的・継続的に在宅介護を支えるための「通い」「泊り」「訪問看護」「訪問介護」の4つのサービスを一事業所が提供するサービスである。迫る高齢多死社会を目前に、増え続ける高齢独居者や老々介護者が、住み慣れた地域で生活し続けることを支えるサービスとして期待されている。本研究の目的は、看多機における利用者・家族の終末期ケアニーズに応じた看護・介護職の支援力育成プログラムを開発し、その有用性を検討することにある。本研究によって、看多機における利用者・家族の終末期ケアニーズに応じた看護・介護職の支援力育成プログラムが開発されると、職員研修に活用性がある。
