Outline of Research at the Start	そのまま使えるバイオディーゼル燃料を主な脂質として生産する、これまでにない菌を発見した。この菌を利用すれば、従来のバイオディーゼル燃料の製造工程に必要な油脂のエステル化反応を行なうことなく、効率的にバイオディーゼル燃料を高生産することが可能になる。そこで、本研究では、この菌およびこの菌の持つ遺伝子を利用して、そのまま使えるバイオディーゼル燃料を微生物で大量生産することを試みる。
