Outline of Research at the Start	日本などの先進国では、人・モノ・金・情報すべてが都市に集中し、個人の有益な能力の評価・活用が地方では難しい。そこには、各地域の階層的教育システムで身につけた個人の能力の評価と、企業の経済活動との間に情報の非対称性を含んだメカニズムがある。そこで、地域の物理的距離を考慮した空間経済学の観点から、そのメカニズムを理論的・数値的分析により明らかにし、それを踏まえてとるべき政策・制度を明らかにする。
Outline of Final Research Achievements	We obtain the following overall findings from the research on the relationship between human capital formation and information through spatial economics, focusing on the evaluation cost of human capital and the　spatial　agglomeration　of human capital.
Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	学術的意義としては、従来同質であるとして分析されてきた人的資本を持つ個人について、人的資本の評価コストの考慮を通じた人的資本の異質性の考慮が、人的資本の地域間移動や集積に与える影響を考察した研究として位置付けられうる。社会的意義としては、生産性の低い地域に人的資本を持つ人を呼び込むための政策の立案や実施に際し、政策目的の達成のためには中央集権的な意思決定が必要であるということを示した。
