Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、意思決定における納得という概念に着目したモデルの構築を目指すものである。
人間は、いわゆる効用が最も高い最適代替案を選択しようとするが、実際には最適代替案を
探そうとしつつ、ほどほどに満足できる代替案を選択する意思決定が知られている。しかし、これまでに研究代表者は、別の基準での意思決定、つまり、代替案への満足感のみでなく選択過程に納得しているという意思決定のあり方「納得できる意思決定」を発見した。本研究では、提案モデルのメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とし、従来のサイモン理論における満足化モデルを拡張する意思決定における「納得」という概念に着目したモデルの構築を行うことを目指す。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、意思決定における納得という概念に着目したモデルの構築とそのメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とし、従来のサイモン理論における満足化モデルを拡張する意思決定における「納得」という概念に着目したモデルの構築を行うことを目指すものである。
本研究では、１． 実務家の意思決定過程データ収集のためのフィールドワークを通した意思決定過程の言語化、２． 実務的意思決定の仕方に対する新しいモデルの開発、３． 開発したモデルに対する妥当性の評価、の３つの研究課題を研究期間内に実施する計画である。
当該年度においては、昨年度まで取り組んだ意思決定における納得感を醸成するための条件について基礎研究の内容をもとに、意思決定における納得感を構成する要素を明らかにすることができた。その要素を明らかにするために、昨年度に引き続き、購買意思決定や高齢者に加え、アントレプレナーの行動特性といった様々な意思決定パターンに着目して要因を明らかにすることに取り組むことができた。また、意思決定における問題設定の重要性という納得感に影響を与えうる新たな要因を発見をすることができた。これらの研究成果により、意思決定における納得感に関する多様な特性を見出すことにつながり、より精度の高い分析ができたと評価する。以上の活動から、意思決定における納得という概念構築に必要な環境整備をを行うことができた。これらの研究成果をもとに、国内学会や海外ジャーナルへの投稿、および国際会議、シンポジウム等での発表を行った。
