Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は,消費者の購買行動プロセスという,一連の連続的な消費者行動における,認知・検討・行動の各段階に着目し,ソーシャルメディア情報を加味した意思決定に関する分析モデルを確立することを目的としたものである.ソーシャルメディアの普及に伴い,従来では知りえなかった,顧客の興味・関心,消費者間の繋がりなどの情報が,消費者単位で取得可能となった.これらの情報を,企業が有する顧客情報や行動情報と合わせて用いることで,購買時点以外の各段階においても,顧客の意識を評価することができる.本研究では,大規模な実データを用いた実証分析を通じて,多様な顧客の代表的な購買プロセスの特定およびその評価を試みる.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

令和5年度は,令和4年度までに行ったソーシャルメディア・マーケティングに関する体系的な調査結果並びに,消費者行動モデルに関する予備分析の結果を踏まえ,協力企業より提供を受けたマーケティングデータ(ID-POSデータ,会員データ,メールマガジン等のマーケティング施策に関するデータ)および,複数のドメインについてブランド・店舗情報をキーとして取得したTwitterデータ(ユーザ間のフォロー・フォロワー関係に関するデータと過去に行った投稿データ)を用いた,消費者行動モデルの作成およびその評価に取り組んだ.具体的には,ブランドや店舗に関するフォロー・フォロワー関係を用いたネットワーク構造の可視化並びにコミュニティ検出,ネットワーク全体およびコミュニティ内に存在する中心的な話題(トピック)の特定と,話題とコミュニティ構造の関係性の評価,ユーザの影響力の評価指標の検討および,ネットワーク内でのユーザの影響力の評価について,社会ネットワーク分析や自然言語処理解析のフレームワークを用いて取り組んだ.
また,これらの分析結果を用い,協力企業でのソーシャルメディア・マーケティング(特にインフルエンサーマーケティング)の施策立案および検証に向けた,店舗におけるマイクロインフルエンサーの候補者の選出と,実際に対象とするプロモーションの内容についてディスカッションを行った.また,候補者が有するインフルエンサーとしての特性を比較・検討することを目的としたシステムの作成に取り組んだ.
これらの研究成果の一部については,査読付きの学術誌並びに国際会議論文,国内研究会等での研究発表を行った.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.

Reason

令和5年度は,協力企業より提供を受けたマーケティングデータとTwitterデータを用いた,消費者行動モデルに利用可能な変数の作成,およびそれらを用いた消費者行動モデルの評価に取り組むことができた.また,同じ商圏内に存在する協力店舗に関するTwitterデータについても取得することができた.
前年度までの成果を実務での利用を通じて評価することを目的に,協力企業とのディスカッションを行った.具体的には,今年度マーケティング施策を実施する際に必要となる,インフルエンサーに期待する要素(条件),プロモーションの対象とする商品カテゴリ,プロモーション種別,施策の評価方法について検討を行った.
一部令和5年度に提供予定であったデータについて,担当者の移動に伴い提供が遅れており,現在提供に向けて準備を進めている最中である.また,新型コロナウィルスの流行の影響で,予定していた国際会議への参加を一部見送ったため,その分の研究成果については本年度引き続き発表していく予定である.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

令和6年度は,前年作成した消費者行動モデルの評価とさらなる改良に取り組む.具体的には,ネットワーク全体およびコミュニティ内に存在する中心的な話題(トピック)の特定について,最新の大規模言語モデルを用いてより精緻なものとする.また,ソーシャルメディア・マーケティング施策において利用可能な,インフルエンサー候補者の選定システムに関しては,プロトタイプを作成し,実際に利用してもらいその評価に取り組む予定である.
上記と合わせて,これまでの研究により得られた知見を活用した協力企業におけるマーケティング施策を立案し,実務における検証を通じてその評価に取り組む予定である.具体的には,店舗におけるイベント・プロモーション時に,分析モデルに基づき適切と考えられたユーザを起用し,一定期間運用したのち,過去の類似のキャンペーンと比較・評価を試みる予定である.
これらの研究成果については,学術誌への論文投稿並びにフルペーパーの国際会議,国内研究会等での研究発表を中心に行う予定である.
