Outline of Research at the Start	これまで腫瘍血管新生を抑制するというコンセプトの基に治療法の開発が進められてきたが、多くのがん患者では血管新生阻害剤単独での抗腫瘍効果は認められず、治療抵抗性を生む要因は明らかになっていない。本研究では、申請者が発見した腫瘍血管を制御する血管制御ミエロイドに着目し、血管新生の阻害に応答する腫瘍血管との動態を把握し、治療抵抗性に関与する分子メカニズムを明らかにする。
