Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、肺胞マクロファージのフェノタイプとその貪食能が本症の進行や予後の予測因子となるかを解析することである。本研究は我々が得ているマクロファージのフェノタイプ毎における貪食能に関する新しい知見を基盤としており、独自性と創造性がある。本研究で得られる新たな知見をもとに、眼病変・心臓病変発症を早期発見・治療することで視力低下ならびに死亡を防ぐことができると考える。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2023年度は、30症例に気管支鏡検査を行い、気管支肺胞洗浄液を採取し、肺胞マクロファージの貪食能を検査する予定であったが、フローサイトメトリーの手法を調整中である。調整が終了間近であり、2024年度は、症例を蓄積できる予定である。
