Outline of Research at the Start

ヒト心不全の分子病態を明らかにするために、心不全患者の心筋組織を用いた一細胞解析をはじめとする高解像度マルチオミックス解析を行う。心不全の発症進展にかかわる分子メカニズムおよびその制御機構を明らかにし、臨床病型や予後を規定する因子を見出すことを目標とする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

臨床検体を用いた心不全の予後予測指標について、臨床検体を高い解像度で解析し、臨床応用可能な指標を創出することを目標に研究を継続している。
前年に引き続き検体収集及び解析を継続した。
臨床検体について、臨床情報として遺伝子解析結果を追加し、さらに解析を進めている。
検体数が増加したことにより拡張型心筋症のみならず多様な心疾患による心不全において、心筋組織のDNAダメージ蓄積を評価し、予後の評価を行った(JACC Heart Fail. 2024 Apr;12(4):648-661)。
