| Outline of Research at the Start |
我々は2013年~2014年の約一年間で登録した計1396人の心房細動患者を前向きにその検査値の変遷や画像検査結果、投薬内容や血栓塞栓や出血イベント、死亡イベントの有無などを調査開始し5年間のフォローアップが終了した。本研究の現時点での目標は以下の2つである。
①心房細動の血栓塞栓予測因子として”心筋症“の影響を検討すること
②高齢者心房細動に最適な薬物治療戦略（薬物および非薬物治療）を構築すること

第87回日本循環器学会総会（2023年3月）で研究内容（Effect of Anemia on Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation -Analysis From The Hokuriku-Plus AF Registry-を一般演題で発表した。第69回日本不整脈心電学会学術集会(2023年7月）で研究内容(Catheter Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation in Heart Failure With Mid-Range or Preserved Ejection Fraction)をシンポジウムにて発表した。また同学会でEffect of Anemia and Longitudinal Change in Hemoglobin Level on Clinical Outcome for Patients With Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation -Analysis from The Hokuriku-Plus AF Registry-を一般演題で発表し優秀演題賞を受賞。またCirculation Journal誌にカテーテルアブレーションの心不全症例への効果を検討した論文が掲載された（Circ J 2023; 87: 939-946 doi: 10.1253/circj.CJ-22-0461)。加えて同誌に肥大型心筋症の心房細動への影響を検討した論文が掲載された（Circ J 2023; 87: 1790-1797 doi: 10.1253/circj.CJ-23-0418)。以上をまとめると研究発表を3回(内シンポジウム1題 学会賞受賞演題1題）、研究結果論文採択2誌が研究実績の概要です。

Reason
学会発表や論文投稿による成果が順調にでてきている。学会発表では演題が注目されシンポジウムや優秀演題賞受賞など成果が現れてきている。特に論文はOriginal articleが日本循環器学会学術誌であるCirculation Journalに2023年度で2論文がアクセプトされており研究内容が広く認知されることになり成果も上がっていると推察している。
