Outline of Research at the Start

急性心不全の代表的な合併症であるWorsening renal function(WRF)の主因である腎うっ血は、その評価法や有効な治療法が確立していない。本研究では、腎うっ血の代替マーカーを探索し、その有用性を検討する。また、代替マーカーを用いて腎うっ血と水・電解質代謝との関連を明らかにし、腎うっ血に対し有効な治療法を、さらには腎うっ血の治療による長期的な腎機能への影響を明らかにする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2022年3月末日時点で、約250症例を登録しており、現時点で当該研究は順調に進行している。申請者の海外留学のため、帰国まで一旦中止となる予定であるが、帰国後にさらなる症例登録を行い、解析を行う予定である。
