Outline of Research at the Start

学童期におけるスポーツ膝障害であるオスグッド病は脛骨近位部の骨端症であり、発症すると骨端線閉鎖までの数年間は膝前面の脛骨結節部の痛みが続きやすいが、まだその病態は未解明である。オスグッド病は男児に多いが、非侵襲的評価法である有限要素法を用いて、男児女児それぞれの体格差を 考慮した条件設定をもとに脛骨近位骨端線に生じる応力・ひずみを解析し、脛骨後傾角を中心とした骨形態による受傷リスクの違いや受傷機序の詳細を解明し、各条件設定の中で骨端線への応力の変化を明らかにする。
