Outline of Research at the Start

ケロイドは難治性で再発率が高く十分な治療法が存在しない疾患である。ケロイドにはコンドロイチン硫酸が蓄積しているがその機能的役割については十分に解明されていない。本研究の目的は、コンドロイチン硫酸によるケロイド由来線維芽細胞の機能制御メカニズムと、コンドロイチン硫酸のケロイドの病態における役割について明らかにすることである。
