本研究の目的は，くも膜下出血患者の術後において回復に影響する要因を同定し，支援ニーズを踏まえた早期回復にむけた看護ケアプログラムを開発することである。具体的な方法は、くも膜下出血により手術を実施した患者を対象に，定量調査（経時的な観点での回復過程と影響要因の同定），定性調査（患者のありのままの体験による質的分析）を実施し、早期回復にむけた看護ケアプログラムを開発する。

本研究の目的は，くも膜下出血患者の術後において回復に影響する要因を同定し，支援ニーズを踏まえた早期回復にむけた看護ケアプログラムを開発することである。計画している具体的な内容は，くも膜下出血患者の術後における①回復過程と影響要因との関連における定量調査（経時的な観点での回復過程と影響要因の同定），②支援ニーズの解明における定性調査（患者のありのままの体験による質的分析），③早期回復にむけた看護ケアプログラムの開発である。
本年度（2023年度）は、くも膜下出血患者の術後において回復に影響する要因と支援ニーズを明らかにすることである。

Reason
2023年度は、調査施設において予定より研究対象者の入院が少なく、調査対象者数が限られた状況であったが、計画通り調査を実施した。調査結果の分析を通じて、対象者の回復過程を定量的に把握し、またインタビューを通じて対象者の体験や支援ニーズが明らかになった。そのため、本年度は2024年3月に調査を終了した。

今後は調査結果を分析し論文としてまとめ、早期回復にむけた看護ケアプログラムの開発のための示唆を見出す。
