Outline of Research at the Start

人生の最期を本邦で迎える在留外国人数が増えている。在留外国人の出身国は多様化しており、外国人患者のEnd-of-life（EOL）ケアに立ち会う医療職者からは対応への不安や戸惑いの声が聴かれている。本研究は、医療職者による外国人患者へのEOLケア適正化のため、在留外国人が有するEOLケアの特性解明を目的とする。本成果を外国人患者にとって最適なEOLケア提供へむけた基盤知見とし、外国人労働者の受け入れ体制拡充へ寄与することを目指す。
