Outline of Research at the Start

This proposed research aims to mitigate the precarious work elements caused by macro socio-economical forces, meso organizational practices and micro individual circumstances through an examination of tourism and hospitality employment in search of decent work and dignity. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, the effectiveness of theory-based interventions in search of workplace dignity in tourism and hospitality will be examined.
