本研究では国際的に比較可能なオンライン実験プラットフォームとアンケート調査を用いて、信頼・応報性・利他性がどのように変動し、その変動が互いに、また所得や就業などの他の経済変数の変動とどのように関係しているかを調べる。対象者は住民基本台帳に基づいて代表性のある個人追跡アンケート調査を行っている慶應義塾大学パネルデータ設計・解析センターの日本家計パネル調査（JHPS/KHPS）の調査協力者を対象に招待状を送って、協力してくださる方々とする。さらにJHPS/KHPSの本調査でもアンケート質問によって毎年、信頼・応報性・利他性を測る。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The objective of this study was to advance theoretical and empirical research on cooperative economic behavior by analyzing the temporal and spatial characteristics of social capital, such as trust, and social preferences, such as reciprocity and altruism. To achieve this objective, we conducted a panel study of experiments and surveys by sending invitations to the participants of the JHPS, which is a panel survey study of households conducted by the Panel Data Research Center at the Keio University. We conducted two waves of our study in 2022 and 2023 and constructed panel data. The results revealed that trust, reciprocity, and altruism measured in experiments were positively correlated with each other, while changes in general trust measured through survey questions without economic incentives showed weaker correlations with changes in reciprocity and altruism.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
大災害や少子高齢化が進むことによる長期的な政府の財政逼迫など危機的な状況では協力的な経済行動の重要性が高い。経済学において、協力行動に関する信頼・応報性・利他性は経済的誘因を伴う方法で計測されてきた。しかし、これまでの多くの研究は大学生を対象とした個人追跡をしない1回限りの実験であるため、信頼・応報性・利他性がどのように変動し、その変動が互いに、また所得や就業などの他の経済変数の変動とどのように関係しているかを調べることができなかった。本研究では代表性のあるパネル・アンケート調査の参加者たちに招待状を送り実験とアンケートを実施してパネル・データを構築しこれらの変動と変動間の関係を調査した。
