冠動脈疾患の主たる原因である動脈硬化プラークをリアルタイムで観察できる冠動脈イメージング装置を使ったNIRS-IVUSから得られる脂質コアプラークの形成・進展過程と、コンピューターによる流体力学的解析で得られる血管内ずり応力との関係性について解明し、心血管イベントの予防・治療の確立に役立てる。
