Outline of Research at the Start

粒子の振る舞いから土質力学を再構築するため,地盤材料の複雑な粒子スケールの挙動を可視化・定量化できるミクロ構造イメージング技術および粒子数値解析技術の開発,データサイエンスや統計力学を駆使した粒子スケール統計量の評価,およびそれらを元にした粒状体マイクロメカニックスモデルの開発を行うとともに,それらの成果を統合し,粒状体力学を核とした新しい土質力学の基盤構築を目指す.

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究プロジェクトは,フランスのグルノーブル・アルプ大学と日本の研究者が共同研究を行い,粒状体力学に立脚した新しい土質力学体系を構築するとともに,今後の国際協力体制の強化を行うことを目的としている.今年度は,以下のように活発な直接交流を行った.
(1) 研究代表者の松島が2023年8月21日から9月3日までグルノーブルに滞在し,Viggiani教授とセルベースの粒状体マイクロメカニックス構成モデルについての研究打ち合わせ,および粒子ベースの土質力学に関する書籍の内容についての打ち合わせを行った.また,2023年12にはViggiani教授を2週間受け入れた.
(2) 研究分担者の近藤が2023年3月21日から6月15日までグルノーブルに滞在し,Combe教授と共同で3SRの二次元せん断試験装置と作成した供試体を用いて載荷実験を実施した.その実験結果を踏まえ,応力発光材料を用いた供試体の改良を行い,高精度に較正が可能な供試体を作成した.さらに,改良した供試体を用いて較正試験及び既往の数値解析と比較可能な単調載荷試験を実施した.
(3) 研究分担者の木戸が2023年5月8日から2024年3月7日までグルノーブルに滞在し,Chareyre教授と共同研究を行った.具体的には,個別要素法を用いた不飽和粒状体のせん断特性・圧縮性,杭貫入時ならびに補強材引抜き時の粒子挙動,粒子-流体連成による内部浸食挙動に関する数値解析を行った.
(4) 研究分担者の肥後と指導学生がグルノーブル大学に滞在し,共同研究の打ち合わせを行った.また,研究分担者の高野が2023年10月から2024年2月まで,Lenoir博士を港湾空港技術研究所に招聘し,植生による地盤材料の補強メカニズムに関する研究について,共同研究を開始し,実験装置の構築,予備検討を行った.
・2024年4月3日に年度末オンライン報告会を実施し,研究代表者および分担者が今年度の成果の発表を行った.

Reason

・日本側の研究参加者のうち4名がフランスグルノーブル・アルプ大学に滞在して共同研究を行った.そのうち2名は3ヶ月以上の長期滞在を行った.また,2名の研究者を日本に受け入れた.
・年度末オンライン報告会では,それらの進捗状況の他,更なるコラボレーションのため,個々の研究者の最新の研究内容についても共有された.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

次年度は最終年度(2024年度)であり,これまでの共同研究を更に発展させると同時に,研究成果を積極的に発信していく予定である.特に,9月に関連する国際会議IS-Grenobleがグルノーブルで開催されることから,本プロジェクトの日本側研究者の多くが参加し,研究成果を発表する予定となっている.また,学生の交流も予定している.
