Research Abstract |
We have developed a dynamic laser terahertz emission microscopeto observe ultrafast carrier dynamics at a high-spatial resolution in next generation electronic materials including strong correlated materials. On the other hand, we have developed an intense terahertz spectroscopy system using pulse-front tilting method and succeeded in the observation of terahertz non-linear effect in an oxide high Tc superconductorYBa2Cu3O7-δand a ferroelectric material SrTiO3.
