Research Abstract |
This research has tried to produce thin films of single phase Bi,Pb-2223 high Tc superconductor in order to understand its potential. We fabricated the Bi-2223 thin films (not containing Pb) on STO(100) substrates, subsequently carried out annealing with Bi,Pb-2223 pellets at 840oC for 100 hours to introduce Pb. Finally, we carried out post annealing in oxygen following atmosphere. We have succeeded in fabricating a thin film with Jc=0.9x106 A/cm2 (77 K, self-magnetic field). Furthermore, it was possible to simulate for the first time in thin films for the reaction process of Bi2212 + CaCuPbO → Bi2223.
