| Research Abstract |
1. Risk adjustment methods were developed validly to measure outcome in clinical areas such as acute cardio- & cerebro-vascular diseases and ICU patients, which methods resulted in excellent performance compared to the previous achievements in the world.
2. Methods to evaluate supply-demand balance, access equity, effects of centralization in regional medical, health and long-term care systems. The association was also clarified between the spending or resources and the quality of care.
