Research Abstract |
Feasibility study has been performed for the orthogonal photon-photocarrier-propagation solar cell that can convert virtually the whole spectrum of black body radiation into the electricity with a single output voltage, being a candidate for next generation solar cells with high energy conversion efficiency.
