Research Abstract |
We established basic technologies to realize integrated quantum optical circuits based on silicon photonics. We achieved a one-chip integration of polarization entangled photon pair source based on silicon wire waveguides, a highly efficient quantum correlated photon pair source and a single photon buffer based on silicon photonic crystal coupled resonator optical waveguides.
