Research Abstract |
Structural modifications by electron irradiation of carbon nanomaterials are studied with molecular dynamics simulation. Electron energy, sample temperature and applied stress dependences of structural changes are clarified.Mechanical properties of carbon nanomaterials after electron irradiation are also studied.
