Research Abstract |
Nuclear polyA-binding protein, PABN1, was characterized in this study. PABN1 interacted with the cold shock domain protein, AtCSP3, within nuclear speckles and regulates freezing, drought and salt stress tolerance. The mRNP may also contain SPL4, a regulator of flowering time.
