Research Abstract

Although NKT cells have anticancer activity in mice, the effect has not been evidenced in human due to rear cell number. Thus we focused MAIT cells whose characteristics resemble to NKT cells. We succeeded to induce human MAIT cells from carcinogenesity free iPS cells established with Sendai virus.
