Research Abstract

To clarify detailed function of BRAP in the pathogenesis of MI, we searched for its binding partners comprehensively, and found several molecules related with inflammation and cell proliferation, such as major components of IKK-signalosome. Furthermore, we found that the SNP in gene encoding E3 ubiquitin ligase like protein binds BRAP also associated with risk of MI.
