Research Abstract |
A system that can capture a movie including traffic lights with an in-vehicle camera and laptop personal computer was constructed. An algorithm for detecting traffic lights considering color saturation using luminance and color information had been developed. Using the algorithm, a method of acquiring a signal precisely considering actual size of standard traffic lights was developed.
