Research Abstract |
To investigate the position of Erc/mesothelin in signal pathway, we continue the studies and found that a novel function for Erc in the regulation of cell phenotype through controlling EGF receptor phosphorylation (Tyr1092), integrin β1 recycling and localization to lipid raft via a specific downstream effector pathway.
