Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate lifestyle and anemia of the students at high school. The subjects of the analysis were about 8,000 high school students. The survey was conducted from 2010 to 2012.The main results were as follows 1) Life style of the high school students was not so good. Many students have not breakfast (19%) every day, wake up after 7 o’clock, and go to bed after 24 o’clock . Difference among schools was observed on those of habits. 2) 20.4% male and 27.8% female were anemia. 3) There is a relationship between lifestyle and anemia. In high schools which active life plan were carried out, hemoglobin value was increased and health condition was improved.
