Carbohydrate counting is a safety guidance tool for Japanese, and effect for postprandial hyperglycemia prevention was also verified. By the registered dietitian who are familiar to "carb counting", we can be expected improvement of glycemic control and adherence of diabetes diet, decrease in diabetes-related complications risk further.
