Research Abstract |
We have developed a software agent, which supports learners during role-play training instead of an experienced project manager. The agent automatically provides advises to learners according to learners’ behaviors. We could quantitatively present that learners can acquire higher skill levels by supporting the agent than without agent’s supports. In addition a method for quantitatively evaluating learners’ skill levels is presented.
