Research Abstract |
There has been a great discussion about work-life balance. It is necessary to realize the work-life balance society for gender equality in the workplace. However, there are many problems in the current human resources management system. This study takes up the issue and attempts to reveal the problems and suggest ways to improve the current human resources management system.
