Research Abstract |
In order to respond the globalized "Public Health Risk ", the World Health Organization (WHO) revised the International Health Regulation (IHR) in 2005. The regulations came into force in 2007 and were fully implemented in every contracting state in 2012. This research analyzed not only the international revision process at WHO Headquarters but also the domestic implementation measures in Japan and explained their characters and problems.
