Research Abstract |
Health care reform legislation has made an effort to develop integrated health care delivery systems based on prefectural health care plans by regulation, financial incentives by grants and fee schedule and certification of qualified healthcare providers. They could be systematized as the approach to protect and promote patients’ interests.
