Research Abstract |
The first academic achievement is to analyze the historical significance of the postwar German federal system. The second one is to elucidate how the proto state and proto federalism were created under the Allied occupation in Germany. I showed that there are continuity and discontinuity of German federalism. I also investigated that the preconditions of the framework of the postwar German federalsystem were formed before the promulgation of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz) in 1949.
