Research Abstract |
This research focuses on two points of the following in the Great Depression of the 1930s ; (1) the development of regulations on labor conditions by the central and local governments or trade associations in Japan (2) the industrial cooperation movements that both of the labor and the management mounted coordinate policies on the improvement of labor conditions. In this research we find new facts on the case of textile electric lamp and electric lamp glass industry.
