Research Abstract |
This study investigates dynamic relationship between different subgroups in social networks in order to understand its impact upon organizational innovations, by applying the theoretical undertaking of “creative friction” proposed by Stark (2009). Conducting network analysis, qualitative review studies and fieldwork interviews in a large regional cluster, social entrepreneurs and cultural business activities as empirical fields, the study shows a network mechanism of innovations.
